Martha Norbeck (President) is an architect, LEED Fellow, green building expert, and local environmental advocate. She is president of C-Wise Design and Consulting, an Iowa City-based architecture and LEED consulting firm. She has consulted or advised on almost 50 LEED certified projects in her 15-year career, is current chairperson of USGBC Iowa, and sits on the board of Environmental Advocates and the Iowa City Climate Action Committee.

Cheryl Miller (Secretary) spent 23 years leading land and water conservation programs for Minnesota Audubon; coordinating terrestrial carbon sequestration research for the Minnesota Legislature; and working with Minnesota cities on community energy systems. A special interest is bringing stakeholder groups together to develop information and consensus on environmental policies. Cheryl holds degrees in journalism from the University of Iowa and public policy from the University of California, Davis.

Craig Mosher (Vice President) is a social worker who has directed four agencies around eastern Iowa including grant writing and administration legislative lobbying, managing large budgets, and community development. He has worked in sustainability and energy efficiency for 15 years at Luther College and here in Iowa City as part of Iowa City Cohousing.

Ann Guhin (Administration/Program Development) is a recent graduate from the University of Iowa with degrees in Journalism, and Environmental Policy and Planning. Prior to her work with JCED, Ann has worked on several political campaigns, public relations, social media management, marketing and events coordination, and managerial capacities.
