Craig Mosher (President) is a social worker who grew up in Iowa City. He has directed four agencies around eastern Iowa, which involved grant writing, legislative lobbying, managing large budgets, and community development. He has worked in sustainability and energy efficiency for 15 years while teaching at Luther College. He was a founding board member of the Winneshiek Energy District. He lives at Iowa City Cohousing—a highly energy-efficient, solar powered intentional community—and drives an all-electric car.

Cheryl Miller (Secretary) spent 23 years leading land and water conservation programs for Minnesota Audubon; coordinating terrestrial carbon sequestration research for the Minnesota Legislature; and working with Minnesota cities on community energy systems. A special interest is bringing stakeholder groups together to develop information and consensus on environmental policies. Cheryl holds degrees in journalism from the University of Iowa and public policy from the University of California, Davis.

Ann Guhin (Program Manager) is a recent graduate from the University of Iowa with degrees in Journalism, and Environmental Policy and Planning. Prior to her work with JCED, Ann has worked on several political campaigns, public relations, social media management, marketing and events coordination, and managerial capacities.
